      Pros

      Incredibly smart people in all disciplines work across the company. Employees believe in the company's mission. Good health benefits and flex work options. Great new office in Philly, but do miss being downtown.

      Cons

      Opportunities tend to be in UK these days. Years of restructuring have taken their toll on staff morale. Lots of uncertainty and resentment at the way people are treated, especially those who've left due to layoffs. Forced distribution of performance ratings makes it next to impossible to reward, recognize and retain top talent.

      Pros

      if you do your job well, no one will hound you or micro manage. it is a very solo job and can get repetitive. fun departmental and site wide activities planned.

      Cons

      cannot participate in all activities because contractors cannot be treated or "rewarded" or included as employees. Very hard to get hired on.
