Pros
Great People and great brands that keep you motivated to continue to deliver. GSK continues to strive to create a better work life but is missing the target.
Cons
In current post merger (with Novartis) GSK has cut too deeply and is working their folks too hard. The workload is unsustainable and as a result many people are exiting the company
