      As an industrial placement student, you get given great support from you line manager and wider team. There are social events organised through IP Unite catering for everyone.

      Cons

      Very competitive graduate scheme which you have to be nominated for and very few people are recommended to progress onto it.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
