The best part about the organization is the transparency about the operations. The doors of the President Mr.Subba Gopurava are always open for you to discuss anything about the project work. He is also open for suggestions that would benefit the entire organization. As an Intern, he gave me a very skilled mentor and also let me use my Data Analytics skills to bring about a change in the way the company handled the humongous data. He also gave me the freedom and the resources to accomplish my project at the company. You are treated as a human being and not as a slave where you are forced to work day in and day out without appropriate comoensation.
