      Pros

      I have been working with them for 2 years and I find them very approachable. Being a consultant I have to just perform at work and their team has always helped me anything and everything that I have required being an alien worked in this country.

      Cons

      They are still growing, so it gets hard for them to compete with the big players in the industry
