Branch leadership often behaves unprofessionally, with inconsistent expectations and dismissive communication, leaving little meaningful coaching or support. The attendance policy also allows managers to issue write-ups after only three call-out days within six months, even if one of those absences is just a partial day. This gives managers extensive discretion and creates a system that feels unnecessarily imbalanced. The overall culture, policies, and compensation create an environment where even employees who truly care struggle to succeed.
