Pros
Not a completely terrible place to work, it does have some benefit. Nice gym, nice building, sometimes fun stuff going on. Oh...free coffee.
Cons
While the "culture" on the surface seems like an ideal environment to work in, it's really more to get servants to serve. Upon arrival prepare to be fully indoctrinated it the "culture",..it becomes redundant and nonsensical after awhile. On one hand they "value your opinion", in reality....they don't really want to hear it. This is a company that has entirely too many "HR" types. My negativity is based on the job I was hired to do was changed due to "business needs", which is their way of saying "you are doing two or three peoples job"....while the CEO gets his fat bonus and spends ridiculous money pretending he is the Steve Jobs of credit unions. Additionally, you may end up being managed or supervised by someone who has no education and barely understands English. Don't expect a reciprocal arrangement here. If you are hired for a job, make sure you drill down on specifics...and make them give you a signed job offer. Just more "Bankers"...pretending like they care.
