      Everyone within my org is excellent to work with. Goals and expectations are clear. No micro management.

      Cons

      Salary could be better, but the company more than makes up for this with an excellent work life balance.

      Pros

      Great launching point into a tech career. Lots of IT issues to get involved in and learn. You work purely with city employees so you can gain many big connections into government IT.

      Cons

      Not much teaching, You get thrown into it all.
