      Pros

      Every employee with whom I've worked has been so kind in all of their communication. Toward the end of a project, I had to step back due to an unexpected emergency, and they couldn't have been more understanding. I was afraid they would not reach out to me with freelance work after that, but they did.

      Cons

      The work isn't steady, so you can't rely on your work for steady additional income. It's not their fault, as it depends on who their clients are, but I was hoping to have more opportunities. Also, the pay isn't what I would consider to be generous for the amount of work required.

      Pros

      It's a great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and the work isn't difficult. Decent place to start a career.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great. Starting out for a Project Manager role for experience it's not bad, but it's not a place to stay long term. It's hourly pay. After two years, I've gone up $1/hr, and that's because of a company-wide raise. Otherwise raises are about $0.30.

      i still have recurring nightmares about working for this company. diagnosed cptsd due to the stress that came with being ridiculed and mocked daily by managers, then told to actively lie to customers. people worked here for years and never saw a penny of pay increase. still, well into adulthood, this continues to be the worst job i ever had.
