While the company is leading the industry and had approximately 500 employees, it is still in start-up mode which means some processes are still being developed. Additionally if you are a remote employee you need to work a bit to stay plugged in. Other areas for improvement include:
- 401k match
- Corporate cards
- Sharing perks with Remote teams
- Lack of clarity on components that will make up variable compensation
- On-boarding program needs to be expanded
