Pros
This month I celebrate by 1 year Gain - Anniversary. I've worked for a lot of companies. Some really great ones. But, NEVER have I been 1 year in and still felt like I was in the Honeymoon Phase! - Human First is a real thing. The entire company strives to be Human First and when they are not... they are given the door. An Executive just coined a term "Not In My House". We even had a Sr. Exec show they they didn't understand what it meant to be Human First and they were "shown the door". - Gainsight's values - they are real everyday too. Is everyone perfect? Of course not, we're all human but we are all so protective of the values, that when someone has a slip up, they find a team surround them to help get better (unless you forget to be Human First). - Salary is fair for the role, expectations and experience. - Leadership is passionate about helping you get better and better in a very encouraging way. - Leadership wants to hear your ideas and provides a lot of opportunities to share that feedback. The CEO reads EVERY comment on the annual survey and does what he can to make things better. - It's a culture that embraces work from home and do everything they can to make you still feel connected.
Cons
- It's unfortunate they still have a policy you need to be vaccinated to travel to a work event. Most people where vaccinated two years ago and if you were vaccinated or not, science shows it doesn't matter after two year. So if you haven't been vaccinated, like some of my co-workers, work from home can be difficult. - No 401K match. However, with their very generous health benefits and adequate salary, you can easily save that match yourself.
