Pros
- The "Child-like Joy" is real. From day 1 I've felt that the company and our leadership consistently prioritizes their time, effort and $$ towards making this a great place to work. - Executive Leadership sets the bar for how to approach realistic and sustainable company growth. Targets are aggressive, but rooted in data and well thought out - This is certainly a "with great trust comes great responsibility" type of working environment. Nobody will be breathing down your neck or watching your every move, so as long as you good at being BOTH autonomous AND collaborative at times, that's a good thing.
Cons
- I would call it a byproduct of the desire to be so collaborative, but sometimes it's not always clear who SHOULD be involved in projects or providing input and approval on things. - You need to know how to speak up and advocate for the work you are doing and what you need. Not the type of place where you can just be "heads down" 100% of the time and expect company / org leadership to know what you are doing or what you need.
