Despite repeatedly voicing concerns about our team's future, management assured us that our well-being would always be a priority. Yet, the recent layoffs were justified by a need to cut costs, even as the company is preparing to celebrate a huge annual function this month. The disconnect is striking. The layoff process itself felt impersonal—returning laptops felt more like an interrogation than a farewell. It’s disheartening to see a place I loved transform into something unrecognizable, resembling a typical corporate environment.
