      Good benefits, flexible working conditions, max. work-life balance, good packages (bonus, stocks, relocation), good working atmosphere, efficient project process and company evolution

      sometimes high workload, more operational type of work rather than scientific, restructuring, fast changes in team compositions and decisions

      Pros

      Very nice, committed colleagues. Best ever company culture in my entire career (>20 years). Organization led by the researcher who built the company from scratch.

      Cons

      Development had couple of failures in 2021-2022 that emptied the portfolio which triggered organizational changes.
