Disfunctional in every way: - No transparency. The management team cannot be trusted. They promise you things but then forget about them. Even travel expenses is not covered, this happens across teams. - No communication skills, people here cannot communicate effectively. Its very frustrating to work with them. Most of the offshore resources are not team players, they feel insecure when working with talented people. - No talent. Of course, with the current state of the company, how can they retain any talent?
