Cons
Absolutely no respect or regard for the individual, career growth is non-existent & an executive team which does not communicate. The technical portfolio & the services they offer do not exist beyond their sales PowerPoint presentations which results in interminable hours of scrambling to "make it up" when a new piece of business is actually won. Financially they appear to be questionable shape as their investment in the "free publicity" afforded them has resulted in a Detroit office staffed primarily with individuals from off-shore and transplants from other areas of the US. The practice of promising bonuses "as long as you are in employee of a specific date", working you to death and then firing you days before they are due... has been in place for years.... and continues....
