Pros
Exponential Growth, the company has committed to employing 500 people in the Detroit office alone. With an unemployment rate at almost 10% in this area its a BIG deal. The Detroit office is BRAND NEW. and many changes in the atmosphere are being made right now to make it a fun, appealing place to work. with more company outings, events, a Wii, there is a real noticeable effort to the employees that they want to make a pleasant and productive place to be.
Cons
there are challenges, as with any company, especially one with such explosive growth. Understanding that, and understanding that they are being addressed helps. I have seen a lot of complaints about open information, thing is... if you dont know.. its not your business...
