Cons
I am saddened by this experience. I was sold on the promise of expanding my skillset, as well as, being part of a growing company. What I found was a body shop, where management seems to be concerned about stocking a Detroit office with many from off-shore... on projects that do not exist. While there is nothing wrong with using offshore resources, there is something wrong with claiming empty floors in Detroit are "filled" with new hires and new business. Expense reports go unpaid or partially paid... Many left jobs for this place only to quickly find themselves un-employed.
