Pros
Great staff, comfortable atmosphere, the Downtown Detroit area is vibrant and provides a good mental boost. The recruiting management is excellent, very attainable, interested in the thoughts of their staff, friendly and great work ethic.
Cons
Expensive medical benefits. Expensive parking. Outside of recruiting the Management is very hypocritical and dishonest. Practices are unfair, very disorganized, non appreciative of hard workers. As stated in another review, upper management looks down upon the "ground troops" high turnover rate of employees.
