FTE for delivery staff members does not truly exist. This company interviews internally and then markets those people and gets contracts with clients because if those people. Their contracts for "FTE - full time employees" is one year or less. So once your project is finish you are told you will be moved to a differentone but they dont have anyone for that so you'll be fired after the project is done. So your H1 will be revoke.
