Company could be good but will never be - Anonymous employee GalaxE.Solutions Employee Review

I've never seen a company more averse to actual positive change. Sadly, this company actually has potential, but their management is more concerned about keeping the status quo because it allows them to sit back and do absolutely nothing all while maintaining their absurd salaries. There are a very small handful of people who actually care about making progress, but other departments/executives tie their hands to any real change. They throw money at some things/people, and then find every way they can not to pay out bonuses to employees , offer fair salaries, or even invest in software, equipment, services that are actually needed to do your job. Capabilities are frequently oversold. People are sold on opportunities just to be let go shortly after because the work isn't there. This company has been great for some people, but for the majority it is a major letdown that ends up being a placeholder until they find something better.
