Pros

Professional, transparent, and straightforward / standard interview process. Was great to talk to the panelists to get a better understanding of the role I was interviewing for and the culture. Felt very good after the interview process that Galderma would be the place where I wanted to be... Also, HR was great to work with - very supportive and always available to answer any questions.

Cons

The whole interview process from applying to getting an offer still took about 2 months.
