Gale is a great place to work. Growing yet small company feel and you never feel like a number. Management truly cares about its employees and wants to see their employees grow. The culture is very fun – there are events planned throughout the year such as Paint Nite, Red Sox Opening Day, Kids Holiday party that really brings everyone together. Gale is also dog friendly.
