The biggest challenge at this company is the culture. In over 20 years of my career, I’ve rarely encountered so many leaders who normalized exclusionary behavior, internal politics, and, in some cases, what I experienced as bullying. Strong collaboration was often overshadowed by territorial behavior, cliques, and leadership styles that discouraged honest conversation. There are some great people here, but culture varies dramatically by team, and prospective employees should pay close attention to leadership quality during the interview process.
