Bonus structure when operating as an individual.
Cons
Terrible culture. Managers and Senior Leadership team have clear ‘favourites’ in the business that receive preferential treatment. The broking teams are hampered by an overly zealous compliance team. Teams grew portfolios by 30% but would still not get additional staffing resources allocated. Claim to be people first when every decision is clearly based on financial outcomes first (which is ok, just don’t pretend you’re not that type of organisation). Major shifts from when Mr Godden was CEO.
