Pros

Your starting salary will likely be competitive

Cons

Be VERY carful assessing these reviews. I was employed with this company for over 5 years and know a great many employees in one of their top branches and have had occasion to work and consult with others across the country. I can state with certainty that their is almost a universal feeling amongst the claims staff that the workload is beyond difficult; it is impossible. The benefits are exceptionally poor and raises are close to non-existent. Not so true for executives and upper management. People have fled seemingly rosy looking positions sometimes within weeks and even within a day. The positive 5 star reviews do not square with the reality of the company. Given the strong disparity as to what I experienced, I strongly believe these reviews have been salted to try and counteract the very consistent messages that there is no work life balance to be had and this company will run you into the ground all the while suggesting its your fault for failing to keep up and meet the ever changing goalposts. If you join and quit please return to this site and warn others as I've done.

Pros

Salary was in market range.

Cons

Manager took zero interest in me. I spoke to her 2 times in the 6 months I was there. It’s just an endless grind to various SEC and investor required reporting. By the time you finish you need to start over. Almost all process are broken. This $13B company runs on excel. It’s a real risk that this company collapses on itself. They purchase companies and destroy everything good about their cultures. I was so happy and content until they purchased us. The executives paint a fake picture of their culture to the street.
