Pros

Gallagher has great employee benefits, small company that really does care about the employees.

Cons

Controlled to much by Corporate New Zealand office. No room for advancement, annual raises don't even cover cost of living in the US.

Pros

Great family work atmosphere. Great quality products and service for the dealers and consumers.

Cons

Sometimes overlook the base business and focus only on new ventures. Still need them all, but can't forget what got them to where they are at. Still have lots of opportunities in the market.
