Pros

Leadership takes pride in their parties. They're ok, but I'd prefer a better work environment

Cons

Leadership is, at best, deeply unprofessional. The culture here is unlike anything I’ve experienced, and there appears to be a clear pattern of harassment and misogyny. Bullying and lying are tolerated, and there are concerning reports of inappropriate relationships between leadership and much younger employees. Overall, the culture feels toxic. The satellite offices may be different, but I would strongly caution against the Greenwood Village office.

Galloway & Company Response

Galloway takes concerns like these very seriously, and we do not believe these claims accurately reflect our workplace, leadership, or culture. Galloway has been recognized both in Denver and nationally as a top place to work. We have received the Denver Post Top Workplaces award for nine consecutive years based on confidential employee feedback. We are proud of the culture we have built that emphasizes professionalism, respect, and accountability at all levels of the organization. We have clear policies, reporting channels, and processes in place to address concerns such as harassment, misconduct, or unprofessional behavior. When issues are raised, they are thoroughly reviewed and addressed appropriately. We strongly encourage any current or former employee with specific concerns to contact our HR team directly so that they can be properly reviewed and investigated. We remain committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all.
