Pros
Seemed extremely focused on having fun at work. Work its self was rather mundane, seemed very repetitive and thus made it hard to concentrate. There are a few good managers, rest are average at best.
Cons
Management is disorganized at best, I remember when the server crashed once, no one wanted to tell the president as they were all scared. Bonuses are subjective, nothing to do with performance or output. Work force its self is very clickish. Got sick of listening to infighting after 2nd week on the job.
