Galloway is held together by its family values and fun loving culture. Management sponsors many excursions outside of the office including white water rafting, golf outings, ski days, hut trips, marathons, and holiday parties as well as a softball league, basketball league, and soccer league. There is always a good variety of projects and employees are given the opportunity to take on as much responsibility as they feel comfortable with.
Cons
The collaborative work environment can sometimes be loud and distracting. Most of the cubes have very short walls or you are sharing a pod with someone else so noise carries
