      Pros

      The employees are nice, laid back and down to earth

      Cons

      Smh... this place is a royal cluster! For a company that is nearly 50 yrs old, they operate like a mom and pop company. No one knows anything definitely! Structure is poor, processes are slow, turn over is high.. but everyone smiles and takes their breaks on time. I don’t know how we are still in business operating this way.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
