      Pros

      It's a nice feeling to be helping first responders.

      Cons

      Consistent check in about profit. Leaves employees no room to focus on actually doing their job. In turn means poor customer service. Extremely chaotic and difficult process with using and updating POS.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
