      Pros

      This company is in a super duper growth phase. Lots of opportunity to move around and up the ranks. They also service a great mission - law enforcement/public safety/military verticals.

      Cons

      Helping people prepare to make the necessary business operational changes to grow is missing. The people changes required to meet the business objectives is significant. So if you thrive in the energy called "chaos", you'll thrive here.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
