      Pros

      I have worked with Galls, under the U.S. Patriot side, for almost 5 years and wish I would have found employment here sooner! I have worked with some of the most kind hearted individuals I have ever met in my life. I am learning something new everyday, even in my title as Branch Manager. My team is wonderful and they're always striving to be the best in customer service!

      Cons

      Time on shipping items to agencies. Lack of IT equipment. It would be nice to have hand guns to tag items, and do mobile checkout. Salary for management should be higher.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
