      Some of the best things about working at Galls are the customers we get to serve, an incredible and diverse group of co-workers, and the wage and benefits offered to all employees.

      Cons

      There are no real cons. It is an awesome place to work and we have the best job in the world... helping people who selflessly devote their lives to making sure we are safe.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
