      Pros

      In all of my years of working, I have never felt more appreciated and valued for the knowledge that I bring to the organization. I appreciate the collaborative environment excited for our future. Love the fast-paced environment. I could see staying here for another 15 years.

      Cons

      As with any organization, some people don't like change. But change is the one thing that is always constant, with any organization or phase of life. Nothing worth having is easy.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
