      Pros

      Working at Galls has been a great experience. The mission of serving first responders/public safety sector gives my work real meaning. My manager has been incredibly supportive—clear, communicative, and growth-oriented. Mike Fadden, CEO is focused on long-term success and his internal communication is amazing. Team is very collaborative and so much learning through the lens of "What does our customer need/want" Everyone is hands on which is a plus point.

      Cons

      Processes and tools are being uplifted but until then we have to bare the short term pain of some outdated tools.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
