      Pros

      The company invests in its people. I have personally found the leadership approachable, transparent, and they do listen. The culture is highly collaborative and supportive. Benefits and salary are competitive, and the company celebrates wins big and small, which makes you feel appreciated.

      Cons

      The pace and expectations are high. If you are not looking for a fast-paced, growing company, it may not be a good fit for some.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
