Pros
The Pay Per Complete model allows the opportunity for higher pay rate if you are good at completing more surveys than required within a specified time frame. They offered flexible scheduling and tuition programs for students.
Cons
They laid off the entire Houston call center with no warning. The Houston office Upper Management acted as if they were unaware of the office closing until last minute. Employee engagement activities went from being a paid and frequent staple that employees looked forward to, to infrequent and unpaid requirements.
