Pros
Great brand - or was. Gallup was sold to the Clifton family and they have tried to maintain its great name and position. The employees are top notch and quite possibly the most "passion driven" bunch there is. The company was established on strong integrity and great science, but sadly that has been compromised through very short sighted leadership and self-serving "family" decision making.
Cons
Leadership has met their goals and feel no compelling reason to revitalize earlier mission towards innovation and compelling vision. The group leading the organization has become so insular that any outside input is quickly shut off. It seems that the real talented people who have built Gallup to where it is have left. Why do they chase away there thought leaders?
