Pros
Their strengths-based analysis is actually a lot more than just company lingo. The theories and practical uses of the Clifton StrengthsFinder may well be the most valuable thing to take with you from this job.
Cons
The hiring methods are just as problematic as they are helpful. Jobs are also assigned by nepotism at least as much at Gallup as at other major corporations. While it varies from one call center supervisor to another, in general they could walk the talk a bit more and implement their own strengths-based management a bit more. Quota adjustment practices (as well as others) are shady at best.
