Pros
Flexible hours, Great co-workers, and social events.
Cons
Lack of work-life balance (every week is over 45+ hours), Pay is horrendous (no value for experience), Personal growth is limited, Highly unprofessional I have never seen any company that openly practices nepotism. People without skills are hired into management position directly out of college, absolutely no background/experience related to the position. They love to hire and fire managers on an ongoing basis. It's a norm here. If you are not good friends with the "BIG" lady, you are pretty much out of sight, out of mind. In other words, never expect yourself to grow in your position or promoted. Loyal people who have worked for many years seems to be stuck in the same position while a new hire or somebody fairly new (ofcourse, you need to pretend to be a " good friend" with the "BIG" lady) comes in and gets promoted right away because either their husband/wife is in another higher position. Meanwhile, the hardworking and loyal employee ends up leaving the company. Simply put, they don't care about their employees. All they care about is their game of Nepotism. Seriously, if you are a company that sells product to other companies teaching how to value their employee. Maybe it's about time you re-think what you are preaching. If you are looking for a place to grow and learn, this is not the place for you. If you love old dirty office politics, then this is a good fit for you. Highly recommend to stay out of this place!
