A lot of flexibility in day to day projects- fantastic team to provide support.

Not always a lot to do.

Some people are good there.

Senior leadership changes frequently, resulting in inconsistent expectations and decision-making. Strong performance often goes unrewarded, with little opportunity for meaningful raises and constant excuses for why compensation can’t be improved. Employees are sometimes expected to train others who may ultimately replace them. Management provides little support or advocacy for their teams, leaving employees feeling undervalued and disposable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a place that values its employees or invests in long-term careers.
