Pros
Full work-from-home setup with a refreshing lack of micromanagement; comprehensive healthcare coverage, employees receive monthly credit/access for events.
Cons
The culture feels like a "corporate high school." In Operations, promotions are frequently based on personal friendships rather than competence or merit. There is a massive disparity in career growth. While some loyal employees work 10+ hour days with no advancement, others are fast-tracked to senior management in under a year. Leadership is obsessed with data but invisible when volume becomes unmanageable. There is zero "boots on the ground" help when teams are drowning. The "customer is always right" mentality is taken to an extreme, allowing suppliers and customers to mistreat staff without any penalties or corporate backing. Offshore teams require constant hand-holding, and Engineering frequently releases under-developed products (like the MLB integration) that create massive amounts of "clean-up" work for other departments. The HR department lacks basic interpersonal and people skills, making them a barrier rather than a resource for employees.
