Politics. Only people who are favorites get things. All about numbers. Gannon has lost it sense of mission, and is indistinguishable from public universities in that it only cares about reporting good numbers rather than doing good. Certain divisions are so broken that they have lose most of their employees every year, but those responsible for creating a terrible work environment are never held accountable due to strong levels of nepotism in hiring and reporting chain.
