Good management and flexibility, but parking is a hassle - Sales Associate Gap Employee Review

I started as a sales associate and came back for a supervisor role. I've been working retail for years and have had many jobs since but Gap is by far the best retail job I've ever had. I was trained exceptionally well, even as a sales associate. The training I received set me up for success for many different jobs. It was the most well ran, well organized company and the store leadership team was incredible. It is normal to see heavy turnover rates but Gap had the longest tenured employees I've ever encountered in the retail space. They treat their employees well and it shows.

Did not enjoy having to heavily push the Gap credit card.

Really good management. Very flexible with unexpected life events. Deally good discounts
