The company really stresses community involvement for all employees. They even have an annual award thats company wide for service. The winner gets $50K for their orginization and an additional 2 weeks paid vacation to work on your service project. Very casual dress code. Jeans and khakis are the norm there. Flip flops and sandals are also acceptable.
