learn different aspects about retail

very wishy washy. focus more on customer service than on associates. If you don't take care of associates, the associates will not take care of the customers. store makes associates break thier backs and work around the clock and still want associates to find time to to give 200% to customer service, while managers stay in the backroom on fake conference calls.
