      Pros

      Gap was good from a people development perspective, they have great leadership training programs for people who want to learn and are positive overall. Good Leaders with a pretty good CEO right now who is also Canadian.

      Cons

      To be honest not alot of cons to report, but definitely got to understand it is retail so its a weekend business, generally only get one weekend off in a month.
