      Pros

      Fine retail opportunity, great with hours and ok when it come to pay and benfits or advances. The gap would be great for first time employment and or part time

      Cons

      Lack of advancement unless you have long term experience. There isn't any formal training that can be helpful for management or any position higher then your average floor employee
